FAQ

Common questions about how the site works and how to use it.

How do I fill the three cards for best results?

Be concise and specific. For the "Wish" card, state what outcome you'd like. For "Situation", describe the current facts (who, what, when). For "Emotions", pick the emotions and set intensity to reflect how strongly you feel each one. Short, clear inputs yield clearer insights.

What is the follow-up question for?

The follow-up question narrows the analysis to the most relevant detail of your situation. It helps the system focus the AI's reasoning so the generated suggestions are actionable and situation-specific.

How long does it take to get results?

There are two stages: a quick simulated progress (visual feedback) and the AI response. Simulated progress typically completes within a few seconds; the AI response may take a few more seconds depending on load. If the AI is slow, the page will still display results once ready.

Can I re-run with different inputs?

Yes. Use the back or restart controls to change your answers and run the analysis again. Iterating with slightly different wording or added context can produce more targeted suggestions.

How do I export or save a result?

After the insights are generated, use the export or download option to save a reflection note (PDF or text depending on the UI). This is a manual action—nothing is automatically published.

What if the suggestions feel off-topic?

If the output misses the mark, try adding one or two clarifying sentences in the "Situation" or the follow-up answer, then re-run. Slightly reframing context often helps the AI focus on a different angle.

Does language or length matter?

Plain, direct language works best. Extremely long submissions may dilute the core issue—prefer focused descriptions. Currently the app expects English input for the strongest results; other languages may work but with variable quality.

Accessibility and keyboard use

The interface supports keyboard navigation for main controls. Focusable elements (cards, sliders, buttons) can be navigated with Tab; use arrow keys for sliders. Let us know if you need specific accessibility improvements.

Troubleshooting common issues

If a submission fails, check your network connection and try again. If you see an error message from the API, copy it and contact support@example.com with steps to reproduce. For UI glitches, refresh the page and try a different browser.
