Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. They govern your access to and use of the platform and related services.

2. Platform Rights and Obligations

  • The Platform may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. The Platform will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice when practicable.
  • The Platform will implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect user data. However, the Platform cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for unauthorized access or disclosure caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • Submitting or disseminating content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or hateful;
  • Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization, including brute-force or other attacks;
  • Using the Service to facilitate fraud, harassment, discrimination, or other illegal activities;
  • Mass-extracting, redistributing, reselling, or otherwise commercially exploiting Service outputs without the Platform's express written permission.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Platform's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed direct damages up to the amount paid by the user to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. The Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, except as prohibited by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its software, design, and documentation, are owned or licensed by the Platform. Users retain ownership of their submissions, but by submitting content, users grant the Platform a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the submissions solely for providing and improving the Service.

7. Suspension and Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate a user's access for violation of these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons. Suspension or termination shall not limit the Platform's right to pursue other remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the user's breach of these Terms or the user's submissions.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is headquartered, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the competent courts of the Platform's jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local law.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Platform may revise these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the Platform will provide notice by posting an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
